Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 March 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OnInFive (we, us, our) and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. About OnInFive

OnInFive is a ticketing platform that allows event organisers to list and sell tickets to their events. OnInFive acts as a disclosed agent on behalf of event organisers. This means that when you purchase a ticket through our platform, your contract for attendance at the event is with the organiser, not with OnInFive. The organiser is responsible for the event itself.

2. Ticket purchases

When you purchase a ticket through OnInFive:

  • You enter into a contract with the event organiser for attendance at their event
  • Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe, our third-party payment processor
  • A booking confirmation and e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provide
  • Your e-ticket will include a QR code for entry, which must be presented at the door
  • Tickets are issued in the name of the event organiser

3. Fees

A booking fee is applied to each transaction to cover payment processing and platform costs. The fee will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase. Depending on how the organiser has configured their event, the fee may be included in the ticket price or shown as a separate line item at checkout.

4. Refunds and cancellations

OnInFive does not operate a general refund policy. Refund entitlement depends on the organiser's own policy, which is their responsibility to communicate. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you should contact the organiser directly regarding a refund.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and are unable to resolve this with the organiser, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist.

5. Organiser responsibilities

Event organisers using OnInFive agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their event, including the date, location, and ticket types
  • Honour all tickets issued through the platform
  • Manage capacity and not oversell their events
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection legislation
  • Communicate promptly with ticket holders in the event of changes or cancellation

OnInFive reserves the right to remove events or suspend organiser accounts that do not comply with these requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

OnInFive acts as agent for the organiser and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or cancellation of any event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a ticket purchase is limited to the booking fee paid to us.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use OnInFive to:

  • Purchase tickets for the purpose of resale at a profit without the organiser's express consent
  • Provide false or misleading information when registering as an organiser or purchasing tickets
  • Attempt to circumvent capacity limits or payment processes
  • Use automated means to access the platform without our permission

8. Intellectual property

All content on the OnInFive platform, including its design, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to OnInFive. You may not reproduce or use any part of the platform without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
