This Privacy Policy explains how OnInFive (we, us, our) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform at oninfive.com. Please read it carefully.

1. Who we are

OnInFive is a ticketing platform that enables event organisers (groups) to sell tickets to their events. When you purchase a ticket, you are buying from the organiser of that event. OnInFive acts as a disclosed agent on behalf of the organiser.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

  • Name and email address, provided when you purchase a ticket or register as an organiser
  • Ticket and order details, including the event, ticket type, quantity, and price paid
  • Payment information — we do not store card data; all payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we retain only the Stripe payment reference
  • Scanner activity, including which tickets have been scanned at the door and when
  • Interest form submissions, if you register interest in using OnInFive as an organiser

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your ticket purchase and send your e-ticket confirmation by email
  • Enable event organisers to manage their events and validate tickets at the door

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

  • Contract: processing your name and email address is necessary to fulfil your ticket purchase
  • Legitimate interests: we retain transaction records to resolve disputes and ensure platform integrity
  • Legal obligation: we retain financial records as required by law

5. Who we share your information with

We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform:

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Order and payment records are retained for seven years in line with our legal obligations. If you register as an organiser, your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
